We may require a small security deposit and proof of renter's insurance or offer insurance through our facility — our team will walk you through everything before you sign.

Absolutely. Our facility features 24/7 high-resolution video surveillance, a secure electronic gated entrance requiring personalized access codes, and well-lit grounds throughout. Only authorized renters can access the property. Our local management team also monitors the facility regularly during office hours.

We're conveniently located in Powdersville — approximately 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, about 10 minutes from Easley, and roughly 8 minutes from Piedmont. Our location on Powdersville Main Rd offers easy access from major routes throughout the Upstate region.
